Service and Operations Management |
|
課程目標 |
1. Understand the role and importance of SOM in an organization.
2. Learn the fundamental concepts, tools and methodologies in SOM.
3. Acquire knowledge about context of application, managerial skills and better attitudes in learning. |

課程要求 |
1. Form your group for the final term project by Date (Generally 6-7 students per group).
2. All group members should contribute equally to the group project. A peer evaluation form (Appendix B) must be completed at the end of the semester.
3. Participate actively, both in the class and in the group.
4. Complete the case readings before coming to the class. |
